1. Prepare raw materials

3. Repression
The prepared tire shape needs to be pressed, and the tire shape is placed on the press for 2-3 times of pressing to make the embryo core more dense. In this process, it is necessary to master the pressing temperature and pressure to ensure the best pressing effect of the product.
4. Cutting
The pressed tire shape needs to be cut, and the cut floor mat can have a complete shape. In this process, factors such as the specification and size of the floor mat also need to be considered. When cutting, you need to pay attention to the selection and use of the tool to make the cutting effect more excellent.
5. Stitching
After cutting, different parts of the floor mat need to be spliced to form the final product. Splicing requires attention to the position and method of splicing of each part, as well as the density of the splicing line. At the same time, it is also necessary to control the length and shape of the stitching line to ensure the aesthetics and durability of the product.
